Happy 8 mo. birthday Kamilla!

Her birthday present is a savings account in her name. It will be closed until she is 18 y. old. Perfect as a collage fund! I guess we have to think about that. Who knows, perhaps she will be living in the US and go to University there, so we have to think about these things. Here in Iceland the tuition is only about $350 ! and university is supposed to be open for everyone! If she doesn't use it for school she could use it to buy an apartement or start her own company!

She is also getting a new car seat. We rented one instead of buying. The period was 8 months and now they are up! We are supposed to give it back on Friday but everything is closed here because of the Easter holidays. We can take it back today or Saturday. I'm betting on Saturday since a piece of it was missing when I left the house. Ever since we got it I've worried about loosing one of the pieces from the chair. I took most of them and put them in a bag in a save place. One in paticular is a clamp that clamps the seatbelt to the chair. Why that clamp comes of in the first place is a mystery to me. I definately does not make the chair more safe! For 8 months we've managed not to loose it (although it has come of several times) until now, the day we were going to take it back. Yet another proof of the Murphys Law!!!
