Happy birthday dear Kamilla.

It's her first birthday today :) Unfortunately she's been sick last couple of days :( Her fever has gone up over 39°C (103°F) in the evenings but been around 38 (101) in the daytime. She could have an ear infection but I'm not sure. Probably it's just some cold virus? She's fine in the daytime, plays with her toys, walks all over, but is more cuddly and sleeps more. Then at around 7 pm her temperature starts to rise, she becomes more grumpy and goes to sleep. I give her paracetamolum, which brings down the fever, before she goes to sleep and she's slept well.

Today she the fever seems to be going away, I haven't taken the temperature, but it feels more normal.

She woke up early, too early for me :) and when I got up I sang her the birthday song:

First she looked at me like I was crazy (but fun crazy) for starting the day with a song and then when she heard her name in the song, she felt really proud ;)

The birthday party that was planned for today is still off. I want at least one whole day without fever to pass before inviting bunch of people over.
