A little bragging.

Clint was away this weekend. He left Saturday afternoon and planned to come back Sunday afternoon. However, the wheather was too bad so he didn't come home until late at night. Kamilla missed her dad and was asking about him once in a while. This morning she was so happy to have him back and I asked her 'who's back' and she answered 'dada'. This might not seem much but it was the first time she answeres my question with a word other than NO (actually she says 'ei' but no in Icelandic is nei (pronounced like 'neigh' but skipping the 'n')).

She went to her grandma's yesterday and her grandma picked her up and dropped her off. After she dropped her off and was starting to leave Kamilla says 'húa' (húa is húfa, meaning a hat) and pointes at her head. My mom had forgotten her hat and Kamilla was reminding her about it :) What a smart girl, she knows you don't go out without your hat (it is frosty and windy here at the moment).
