The other day I made a soup (for the first time in my life!). Clint usually cooks so this is something special. The soup had a lot of leek and some garlic, which did wonders for our colds but made Ása Sóley have an upset stomach. I hope it has passed now. Yesterday she hadn't pooped all day (once she finally started pooping (day 4) she just wouldn't stop so this was out of the ordinary) so I thought maybe she would feel better if she pooped. So I did the old thermometer in the butt trick (which worked) but when Kamilla saw me pulling out the thermometer a look of terror got in her eyes which said 'you're not going to use this torture device on my tiny little sister, are you?'. She tried to stop me but was unsuccessful and out came the poop. Turned out that she kept having problems. She was constantly on the breast until midnight and then finally fell asleep. Thankfully she sleeps well for a newborn and didn't wake up until 5:30.
