Kamilla woke me up this morning with the words 'Mamma, ekki sofa' (mom, don't sleep). It is nice to hear her say full sentences. It doesn not happen often. You see, she has fluid in her ears that makes her hear badly (hellur fyrir eyrum). Even if she hasn't had typical ear infection, she's had some sort of ear problem and apparently needs anti-biotics to get over them. It's probably some different form of ear infection and also her sickness last week was due to this infection. So this is the explanation for her stomach flu! I don't know. But I am willing to give it a change. She's taken her medicin now and in 2 weeks she will see an ear specialist (this time we went to a pediatric - the same we brought Ása Sóley to, coincidence!). This is the first time Kamilla has seen a pediatric. Not bad! Hopefully the medicin will help with the fluid. If not, she will have a small operation, where they will make a hole in her ear drums (? not sure about english name - hljóðhimnur).

The reason she woke me up like that is because she herself woke up at 6 AM. So I put her in front of the laptop in the living room and put on a cartoon. Then I go to sleep on the sofa. When the cartoon was finished (90 min later) she woke me up to get some service. We left the computer the way it was and somehow Kamilla managed to turn the movie back on little bit later. I have no idea how she did it. I was in the kitchen and she came to get me because in the process she had turned the volume off!
